Inclusive Hotel
Ensuring a fully positive dimension of the hotel stay. This is the aim of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, and their families and caregivers.
The Inclusive Hotel project has been conceived by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
Our commitment
Our hotel participates in this project: in order to better welcome guests, our staff supported a training course held by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analysed the common areas and prepared a Hotel Guide to be consulted in advance in order to get to know the facility and to have indications for a more comfortable use of the rooms.
The Hotel Guide
It contains all the information needed to prepare
the hotel stay of people with autism spectrum disorders.
And again, to simplify and make information more immediately available, information sheets with hotel services and information about our city translated into Augmentative Alternative Communication symbols are available inside the rooms.
